How can I import data from my NextCloud into WordPress?

Follow the Instructions for WebDAV. Please note that you may have to configure the path to your NextCloud after the URL. You will find the setting for this depending on the mode in which the plugin for WebDAVWebDAV Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning-connections are running at different points.

Determine mode

1. In your WordPress backend, go to Settings > External files for the media library > Services > WebDAV.
2. Check what is selected here as the mode.

When using user-specific settings

1. Go to your user profile. The quickest way to find this is usually to click in the top right-hand corner of the WordPress dashboard.
2. Search for the entry „WebDAV“. There you can customize the path for yourself.

When using global settings

1. In your WordPress backend, go to Settings > External files for the media library > Services > WebDAV.
2. Here you can set the path that would apply to all users in your project.
