Get in touch with the contact person for the API you are using to simplify texts. You can find the contact details in your WordPress backend under Settings > Easy Language linked to the respective boxes for the APIs.
Provide them with as much information as possible about the problem you have encountered. In addition to the original text, this also includes the simplification you have received. The plugin also provides a list for this under Settings > Easy Language > API protocols. You can also export this as a .po file and send it to the contact person.
