Nested numbered lists for the block editor

Extends the list block in the block editor with options for numbered ordered lists such as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1, etc.! Use individual numbers up to the 4th level. Reverse lists (2.2, 2.1, 1.3, 1.2, 1.1, etc.), additional list styles (such as uppercase and lowercase and alphabet), and custom icons (using Bootstrap, Dashicons, or FontAweSome) are also supported.
